Case Study – Reckitt Benckiser by Ambius

on Friday, 12 July 2019. Posted in News

Case study no 6 is for the gold award-winning installation at Reckitt Benckiser by Ambius.

General information
This was quite a large project over 2 buildings, Wellcroft House and Turner House, for the customer.

The client wanted a fresh look that looked modern and yet classic.

In Wellcroft House they wanted to go with a very natural feel to the whole building. In the entrance are 2 beautiful Welcome planters and as you go through you are greeted with a stunning map of the world made up entirely of moss.

RB5

Just around the corner in the canteen area is a live green wall. No expense has been spared to bring the natural elements indoors and create a relaxing environment.

The client wanted to continue the natural theme on the subsequent floors with the natural looking plant pots in 3 themed schemes; beach, skiing, and urban.

RB10

In Turner House, the idea was to be vibrant, make use of colour, match their brand but also keep it simple, fresh and clean. So 73 units over the 3 floors, in telemagenta pink to match their brand were used with beautiful lush planting. The client wanted to make a statement, so it’s very much part of the design of their workspace and not an afterthought.

Comment
The client is very happy with what we have created here. It’s not a standard job; so many things going on for one client with an end result which has pleased both the client and us.

RB9

We always get comments from the employees about the plants or the 2 walls when we visit, which is really nice and just enforces the great work the team has done and confirms that we met the client's brief and perhaps more. It makes it easier as well when working with a client that has a little more budget than the usual customer and when they’re open to ideas or have some of their own fabulous ideas.

Of all my customers this is one of my favourites to visit and to show other colleagues and visitors. I look forward to continuing to work with them and maybe one day working on a refurb with them.
