The initiative spanned eight UK offices, including the firm’s 10-storey London headquarters, and was delivered by phs Greenleaf, resulting in a consistent, high-quality planting scheme that has been recognised with the Gold Leaf Award for Design and Installation.

Marsh McLennan (MMC) embarked on a major workplace transformation project to bring new life to their two-decade-old headquarters, uniting their four constituent business streams under one cohesive workspace known as Tower Plant. The revitalisation of the two towers, carried out between 2021 and 2022, included the installation of extensive interior planting to enhance employee wellbeing, air quality, and aesthetic appeal.
