This site contains hundreds of individual planters as well as many custom-madContinuing our Best Projects over the last 20 years, in 2018 the Best Project accolade went to UBS 5 Broadgate by IGD now Nurture Landscapes Ltde joinery installations. There are over 100 metres of interior planting throughout the building, spread over 12 separate floors.
The well-defined structural planting works well with the building interiors, and reflects the cutting edge design of the purpose-built client’s flagship HQ. Plants include: Ficus microcarpa, Sansevieria Punky, Sansevieria Mikado, Sansevieria Hannii.

This installation requires one member of the technical staff to attend the site for a full six days every fortnight and there is also a dedicated Senior Technician allocated to the client for the day-to-day-running of the site and to monitor their maintenance requirements.

The plants were all immaculate and looked very healthy, I could not find a single dead or dying leaf anywhere. The mulch was well kept and clean/topped up and I could not see any dust on anything. All the various Sans species and cultivars were in pristine condition – and the technician was painstakingly removing a few leaves from each clump (in literally acres of them on every block of filing cabinets). The containers were all perfectly clean as was the mulch. It looks as good as it did when entered for the Design and Installation Award previously. Very impressive.
