International Women’s Day is an appropriate day for plants@work to issue their updated ED&I policy. Pledging to ensure that the membership observe the conditions listed in this document for all of their teams, should help achieve fair and equal opportunities and treatment for all levels of staff.
plants@work will continue to work towards a supportive, diverse and inclusive industry. “We want our organisation to be acknowledged as fair to all people,” confirmed Sam Marshall of Ambius and current Vice Chair of plants@work. “We are keen to sign this policy document off and circulate to members.”
