You might wonder why pop up street offices, a planted Thames Clipper, a taxi, a park bench and a telephone booth appeared during the past ten years in London?

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week organised by the Mental Health Foundation. Their focus is on anxiety which most of us feel from time to time and for some people much of their time. The Mental Health Foundation has many suggestions about how to cope with anxiety on their website but we also wanted to explain – as much as we can – how plants can help

We couldn't let this day go by without sending out a release to spread the word even further.  So congratultions to all who have been nominated to be recognised for their service to the industry.

The research about plants cleaning the air led by the University of Birmingham and in partnership with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) specifically dealt with plants exposed to Nitrogen dioxide where as the most famous earlier research focused on the removal of VOCs.
